THE REVENUE SHARE PLAN

Overview

Each month the profits given to the Revenue Share Plan from the company together with the monies from a real money Gemmers incentive scheme are shared with Qualified Associates through a system of 4 income pools. For an Associate to get a share of any of the pools they first need to meet the requirements to enter a pool and then to qualify in that pool in any month to earn a share of that pool. The pool value each month is shared equally with the number of Associates in that pool. There is a matching revenue share from the Second pool for the sponsor of any Associate that qualifies in that pool, providing the sponsor is qualified in one of the pools. Associates can receive an extra revenue share of the first pool by having a required number of real money Gemmer points which are set at the beginning of each month.
 
The plan has an added benefit for the Associates that qualify in the second and higher pools. This relates to the companies intention to list on an international stock market. A Proportion of the company shares will be allocated to these Associates through the Associates Fund.

Definitions

Free Gemmer (FG)
Person who has registered to play for free on an Associates web site.
 
Real money Gemmers (RMG)
Person who has purchased products or services or played games for money.
 
Associate (AS)
Person who purchases the annual business service pack.
 
Points
A system to measure the amount of purchases or gaming of a real money Gemmer
 
Active Associate (AA)
AS who has 2 Gememrs that have registered through that Associates web site as a free Gemmer and that have chosen to be a real money Gemmer with the company and purchased goods or services or played games to the value of at least 10 Points each.
 
Ruby Pool (RP)
The first of the 4 revenue sharing Pools.
 
Sapphire Pool (SP)
The second of the 4 revenue sharing Pools.
 
Emerald Pool (EP)
The third of the 4 revenue sharing Pools.
 
Diamond Pool (DP)
The last of the 4 revenue sharing Pools.
 
Matching Sapphire Pool (MSP)
Income to the Sponsor of an AA who has qualified in SP.
 
Associate Fund (AF)
Monies deposited by the company from the commissions of Associates.
 
Personal Gemmer Points (PGP)
Points earned from Associates own real money Players.
 
Personally Sponsored Associate Gemmer Points (PSAGP)
The points allocated from the real money Gemmers of the AS you personally sponsored.
 
Gemmer Group Volume (GGV)
Total Gemmer points of AS connected to you and to their AS etc.
 
Qualified Associate (QA)
AS that has met the monthly requirement to earn from any Pool.

THE REVENUE SHARE PLAN

Once a person purchases the business service pack paying the €275 fee, completes the online application form and agrees to the terms and conditions they receive 3 web sites for marketing. To earn any commissions they first need to become an Active Associate (AA) by having the following :- 2 Gemmers who have registered as free Gemmers on their marketing site and those Gemmers having then decided to become real money Gemmers with the company by gaming or purchasing products or services that have a value of 10 points Once an AS becomes an AA their sponsor will get a €50 Active Associate bonus from the company, providing they are also an AA.  

Points system

As each game, product or service has a different profit margin a system is needed that allows an Associate to know if they have met entry or qualification requirements in the plan. The points given do not relate to winnings or losses in any gaming but to the amount of money wagered. In the case of products or services they relate to the amount spend on those items.

A maximum of 100 points can count from the Gemmers of any one Associate anywhere in the plan. A maximum of 100 points can count from any one Gemmer for an Associate in the plan.

Distribution of company profits through the 4 pools

The amount of company profit going into the pools will be divided up as below. There is also a contribution to the pools from the company of €80 for the first 2 new real money Gememrs that register and deposit monies for gaming or purchase products or services with the company.

The total monies are divided into the pools as follows.

25% Ruby pool
25% Sapphire pool
25% Emerald pool
25% Matching Sapphire pool & Diamond pool
 
The monies not paid out for the matching pool (this is due to either the sponsor not being qualified or the sponsor is in the Ruby pool) will be put into the Diamond pool.

Ruby Pool (RP)

To enter the first Pool, the Ruby Pool (RP) an AA needs to meet all of the following conditions. These do not have to be in any one month but when all of the conditions are met the AA will enter the RP at the start of the following month.
  1. Accumulate 200 Personal Gemmer points (PGP)
  2. Accumulate 200 Personally sponsored Associate Gemmer points. (PSAGP)
  3. Personally sponsor 3 AS’s that become AA’s
  4. Have a total of 6 AA’s in their group, this includes their personally sponsored.
When all these conditions are met they enter the Ruby Pool.

To qualify in the Ruby Pool in any month an Associate will need the following in that month.
  1. 100 points PGP
  2. 200 points PSAGP
  3. Total PGV of 600 points (this includes PGP & PSAGP)
For every month that the qualifications are met the Associate will get an equal share of the Ruby Pool value with all other Associates that have qualified in the same month.

An AA will stay in the Ruby Pool even if not qualified providing the annual renewal fee is paid.

Fast Track to Ruby Pool
If an Associate meets the following requirements in the first 30 days of joining then they go into the Ruby Pool in the same month as the requirements are met and they also become qualified in that month to earn a share of the Ruby pool. 
  1. 3 personally sponsored AA’s
  2. 6 AA’s in their group
  3. 100 PGP
  4. 200 PSAGP
  5. 600 GGV
This is the same as the qualification needed each month in the Ruby Pool 
 

Sapphire Pool (SP)

To enter the Sapphire Pool (SP) an AA needs the following in any period of time.
  1. To accumulate 3 personally sponsored AA’s who have qualified in the Ruby pool. These can only count when the AA has already qualified in the Ruby pool or qualifies in the same month as the sponsored AA’s who qualify in the RP
  2. 4,000 PGV in any one month
When all above has been met the Associate enter the SP the following month.

To qualify in the SP in any month an associate will need the following:
  1. 100 PGP
  2. 4,000 GGV in that month
  3. 3 personally sponsored AA’s who have qualified in the Ruby pool in that month
Associates who qualify in the SP do not receive a share of the RP. Associates who do not qualify in the SP are eligible to receive a share of the RP if they meet the RP qualifications. 
 

Emerald Pool (EP)

To enter the Emerald Pool (EP) an AA needs the following in any period of time.
  1. To accumulate 3 personally sponsored AA’s who have qualified in the SP. These can only count if the AA has already qualified in the SP or qualifies in the same month as the sponsored AA’s who qualify in the SP
  2. 20,000 GGV in any one month
When all above has been met the Associate enters the EP the following month.

To qualify in the EP in any month they need the following:
  1. 100 PGP
  2. 20,000 GGV in that month
  3. 3 Personally sponsored AA’s who have qualified in the SP in that month
Associates can earn a share from the Sapphire and the Emerald Pool in the same month if they qualify in both Pools. 
 

Diamond Pool

Matching Sapphire Pool

The sponsor of any Associates who qualify in the Sapphire Pool will receive the following providing they are also qualified in one of the Pools.

If qualified in the Ruby Pool they receive a 50% match on the Sapphire Pool share.

If they are qualified in the Sapphire Pool as well another 50% match on the Sapphire Pool share. 
 

Placement Sponsoring

Once an Associate has personally sponsored 3 Associates they will be given the facility to place any other personally sponsored Associates within the first 3 levels of sponsorship of their group. They still receive the benefit of any Matching Sapphire Pool income but all other benefits go to the Associate where the new Associate was placed. These are the PGP and sponsor of that Associate. For the Associate above that Associate they receive PSAGP and GGV. 
 

High Personal Player Points

Each month a PGP target will be given by the company. Any Associate that reaches that target will receive a share of the Ruby Pool providing they are qualified in at least one of the Pools. This is extra to any pool shares earned from the Revenue Share Plan. 
 

Commissions

A full reporting system will be available in an Associates back office giving an easy to understand way of knowing where they are in the plan and their situation (status) on qualification updated every day.

All income from the plan will be paid monthly and will be paid around the 15th of the following month.
  1. It is illegal for a promoter or a participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme.
  2. Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved.
  3. You have 14 days in which to cancel and get your money back.
